I hold a virtual space to support your practice in various ways:

  • Ashtanga classes to help out during pandemia and also to stay in touch with students from outside Warsaw and from abroad.
  • Lectures on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pelvic Floor health, Nutrition and Yoga philosophy

Since September 2019 I hold the space for Traditional Mysore Style practice in Warsaw, Poland.

It is the traditional way of practicing Ashtanga Yoga, a class where both beginners and more experienced practitioners are welcome.
It is a group class where the teacher guides the beginners students and advises, adjusts the more experienced practitioners.

MERU Shala welcomes practitioners of all stages of life and practice.

One.on.One. yoga session where we can go together through the asana sequence and answer any questions.

If you need guidance and connection, I am here for you and offer my support.

A One.on.One. allows you to have a session focusing on your specific needs, such as dealing with an injury or understanding specific asanas. If you’re new to yoga, One.on.One.’s are a great way to build a good foundation.

We choose only beautiful locations for our retreats.

You will relax, dive into different aspects of practice, feel inspired to live healthier and more balanced life.

We cook nutritional and delicious plant – based food during our retreats.

Some retreats are combined with outdoor activities like climbing.

Another are more focused on rest.

Female approach to practice is very important for me.

I encourage my students to observe menstrual cycle, honor cycles and rhythms of nature and to be gentle and accepting towards changes.

I offer support during and after pregnancy and we modify practice accordingly to each trimester.

As a pelvic floor therapist I apply pelvic care into the way I explain physical practice.

I believe yoga is a healing practice and introduced as such can help with past traumas and self-acceptance issues, also ones connected to eating disorders.

In my life I have experienced both difficulties and healing powers of yoga practice and want to help in the best way I can!
