In last years I have been teaching in yoga studios in Poland, Switzerland, Sweden and Germany.

MYSORE class is a guided self practice, a unique style carrying the heart & essence of Ashtanga yoga. Students are challenged with a consistent & daily practice, providing the fertile ground for evolution both in asana, as well as in the deeper aspects of meditation & self realization. In this practice space you will receive hands on adjustments, personal guidance, & the development of a personal practice unique to the Ashtanga Method.

There is no Mysore classes during Moon Days.

ASHTANGA is guided part of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, known as Yoga Chikitsa. It is therapy for both the body and mind as it both purifies and heals. In this class, we focus on the mind-body-breath connection as we emphasize proper breathing {ujjayi}, focus or gaze {dristi}, and posture {asana}.
