TRISTHANA METHOD in ASHTANGA YOGA

By being in control of our breath, posture and gaze we purify our body, nervous system and mind.

These are three powerful tools to move our focus away from external and towards the internal experience.

Ashtanga is a progressive sequence of postures linked to each other by steady and calm breathing technique. During the workshops we will understand the way Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga is designed and how important our breath  and gaze are during the practice.

To discover its depth and benefit most we need to be aware of all the aspects and pay equal attention to all of them.
